Let’s increase learning and student agency, by helping every learner get more practice, more feedback, and more visibility everyday.
We believe everyone wants to grow. Student learning thrives with great teachers, reliable tools, and timely feedback. So our vision is simple:
A good education means ample practice, supportive guides on the side, building both skills and confidence, ultimately resulting in learner agency. From there success and fulfillment are natural.
Education’s purpose has shifted. 100 years ago it was about basic literacy and being a cog in an empire. In the 20th century it was about climbing the job ladder. Today, knowledge is accessible everywhere, and school matters for a new reason; it’s the mental training ground where we learn to think, practice, pivot, and persist in a world where technology, job markets, and education are evolving faster than ever.
Student practice builds grit, confidence, and perseverance; skills ever more valuable in our changing world. These build agency. Agency means choice: in careers, purpose, and life. The gift of education is giving students the power to carve their own path, regardless of the challenges and rapid change they may face.

Agency grows through practice and feedback. The more students try, get input, and reflect, the more they learn.
Teachers are the best guides for this. Classkick gives educators extra superpowers to guide practice, provide feedback and help students continue to improve.
Like learning to walk, students start with support but eventually, they learn to run on their own. Classkick makes the journey simple and visible so students take charge and teachers help as the guide on the side as learners progress in real time.
Classkick’s founder, Andrew, affectionately known as “Mr. Roro” by his Chicago Public School students, used to spend all his time trying to inspire curiosity and achievement in his students. His journey from passionate teacher to innovator began when he realized that the technology schools were using wasn’t actually helping teachers save time or helping students grow. Students and teachers deserved more.
Leveraging his time as a teacher in Chicago, and his technical expertise from roles at Google and YouTube, Andrew made Classkick, a tool to increase classroom learning by offering more opportunities for student practice and immediate feedback.
